360° Silicone LED Tube with Aluminum Profile is a 24V architectural lighting system for custom curves, suspended forms and continuous spatial lines. The tube creates a 360° luminous effect for visible feature lighting, while the integrated aluminium profile provides structure and a practical installation zone.

Unlike a silicone diffuser-only solution, this system can combine flexible light with an aluminium profile to help support custom architectural shapes. KLM reviews each project drawing before recommending the suitable configuration.

Before quotation, send KLM the CAD drawing together with a rendering, visual reference or effect image. We review the path, curve geometry, overall length, mounting concept, support points and power-feed strategy. We then assess feasibility and recommend the suitable 360° silicone tube configuration.

How the generations differ: Generation 1 (DIY-330°) is the RGB/RGBW option and uses planned segments. Generation 2 (DIY-2-330°) is the newer single-colour option for up to 30 m without intermediate splice joints. Both use a silicone tube with an aluminium profile and can be planned for custom shapes.

Important selection rule

The 30 m seamless option is for single-colour projects. If the design requires RGB or RGBW, select the Generation 1 system and plan for splice joints at the appropriate segment lengths. Do not specify RGB/RGBW as a 30 m seamless configuration.

The integrated aluminium profile helps make the lighting element part of the installation structure, rather than treating it only as a flexible diffuser.

Technical items to confirm before final specification

Confirm the exact profile dimensions, wattage per metre, CCT, CRI, IP rating, minimum bend radius, driver and control compatibility, feed points, mounting details and final maximum approved run for the project configuration.

RGB flex test for custom lighting forms

For a 30 m uninterrupted single-colour line, ask KLM about the Generation 2 seamless option. For RGB/RGBW, KLM will plan the appropriate segments, splice joints and power feeds from the project drawing.

Is this a 360° LED tube?

Yes. It is positioned for a 360° luminous effect in exposed architectural installations. The aluminium profile is used for structure and installation.

Can the Generation 2 system run for 30 m without splice joints?

For a single-colour project, KLM can review and plan a run of up to 30 m without intermediate splice joints. The CAD drawing and final power layout must be checked before quotation.

Can the 30 m seamless system be RGB or RGBW?
